High Current 500A 1000A Short Circuit Tester For Rechargeable Batteries
Introduction:
The short circuit tester adopts PID automatic control to simulate the external short circuit of the battery, meeting the standards of UL1642,UN38.3,IEC62133,GB/T18287,GB/T 31241-2014, etc. The red copper contactor is used as the switch element and the thermal relay as the protection device. When the circuit breaker is closed, the circuit of the tested battery is short circuited, and the strong short-circuit current passes through the whole circuit. After data processing, the battery surface temperature, voltage and current signals detected by Hall element are sent to the computer side, and the software continuously records the battery voltage, current and surface temperature changes. The short circuit tester must conform to the resistance of the whole circuit (including circuit breaker, wire and connecting device) of 80 ± 20 m Ω, and each circuit can withstand the short circuit current with a peak value of 2000A.
